Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A starting hourly rate of $19.56-$31.94, depending on experience
  • Evening differential: $2.00/hr
  • Night differential: $2.50/hr
  • Weekend differential: $2.50/hr
  • Sign On Bonus paid over 1 year

Job Description

As a Surgical Technologist I, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing optimal patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures
  • Preparing for procedures and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
  • Assisting surgeons to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Providing a safe environment for patients and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
  • PREFERRED national certification in surgical technology
  • Five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred
