We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior R&D Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ceramic materials and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures
  2. Conduct research and development of new ceramic materials
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in materials science, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ceramic manufacturing or research
  • Strong knowledge of ceramic materials and manufacturing processes
