Loan Processor

We're seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our mortgage team. As a Loan Processor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process for our customers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

• Process loan applications and ensure timely completion of loan files
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and underwriting departments to resolve any issues or concerns
• Manage multiple loan files and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department
• Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans to ensure timely processing

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience processing loans, preferred
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred
