NVR, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient home buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, mortgage branch personnel, and homebuilding divisions throughout the loan process.
  • Manage multiple loan files, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and record customer information, maintaining accurate and complete loan files.
  • Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Remain knowledgeable about NVR's loan programs, guidelines, and approved broker options.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience processing loans, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred.
