Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the highest quality standards in cleanliness and service, conducting regular room inspections and updating room status as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the inventory of housekeeping supplies and chemicals, preparing purchase orders and maintaining cost control.
  • Employee Training: Train employees on the proper utilization of equipment and chemicals, as well as safety procedures.
  • Dispatch and Communication: Serve as dispatch controller, communicating with employees and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
