Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least one year of IT experience who is eager to grow in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be a versatile "jack of all trades," proficient in various technologies and ready to tackle diverse challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, primarily focused on Windows and Linux environments.
  • Reimage computers and assist with system upgrades and installations.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking support requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain and support NextGen and EHR systems or comparable platforms.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and use reliable transportation for on-site support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of IT experience in a support role.
  • Preferred: IT certification or degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with reimaging computers and EHR systems (NextGen or comparable).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
