The NPD Generalist is accountable for the operational management of educational programs tailored to specific nursing populations. This role supports system-wide and hospital-specific performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects.Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience is highly valued. Candidates with Nursing Professional Development (NPD) certification or specialty nursing credentials are preferred. Advanced life support certifications are required based on the specific nursing specialty.
Qualifications:
- N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
- Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in applicable states
