At Northwest x Southern Hospitality, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping & Laundry Department
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guestrooms, public spaces, exteriors, restaurants, bars, and back-of-house areas
  • Evaluate and coordinate responses to housekeeping needs and requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
