Spa Director Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall spa experience.
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of spa professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
  3. Collaborate with the resort's culinary and wellness teams to create innovative programs and promotions.
  4. Promote local day guest business through targeted marketing initiatives and special events.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a director-level role at a luxury spa, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
