We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities- Assist a designated group of residents in direct support of the Sunrise Mission, championing quality of life for all seniors.
- Partner with licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, and execute individualized restorative therapy programs.
- Maintain restorative records for each resident.
- Assist in maintaining adaptive equipment and other medical equipment, ensuring it is clean and readily available.
- Maintain a valid license certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- High School Degree/GED required.
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and documentation, and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
