We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 041. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and creating personalized treatment plans
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further our mission
- Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, as per company guidelines and protocol
- Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week, for Full-Time status clinicians
- Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, and be on track to obtain licensure in your designated field
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
