Job SummaryWe have immediate openings for LMSW and LGPC therapists to join our dynamic team. As a therapist with Ellie Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients, providing individual, group, and play therapy services. Our clinics are designed to provide a supportive and collaborative environment, allowing our therapists to grow and develop their skills.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and play therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
- Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Experience with couples and families
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
