Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and availability
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify and address equipment issues
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure defect-free quality maintenance work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Strong mechanical and electrical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Lean and Six Sigma training a plus
