Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Synerfac Technical Staffing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel, EHS, operations, and engineering to ensure effective maintenance and repair activities
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with maintenance manager and operations supervision to schedule day-to-day manpower and resources
  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance personnel and other departments as needed
Requirements
  • B.S.M.E degree or BS Degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • 5-7 years of progressive relevant work experience in a skilled maintenance role required
  • Experience in maintaining heavy industrial equipment, preferably in mechanical plant maintenance
  • Maintenance planning, scheduling, and supervisory experience a must
  • Six Sigma and Lean training a plus
