Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication disorders.
  • Evaluate and Assess Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and assess patients' communication disorders.
  • Provide Therapy and Treatment: Deliver high-quality therapy and treatment services to patients, including speech, language, and voice therapy.
  • Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress reports, and outcome measures.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience in Speech Pathology: Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Communication Disorders: Have a strong understanding of communication disorders, including speech, language, and voice disorders, as well as AAC and other related areas.
