Key Responsibilities:- Answer high-volume incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate NATIVE HEALTH team members.
- Provide information about NATIVE HEALTH services and support the organization as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year experience in the customer service field.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Pass substance abuse testing and submit to random testing during employment.
- Provide an updated immunization record and a current Tuberculosis (TB) skin report.
- Obtain a First Aid/CPR Card within 90 days of employment.
