- Manage customer acquisition, contracts, and business proposals, including commercial negotiations.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, providing critical customer, competitor, and market trends to benchmark performance.
- Lead the business to achieve budget targets and other planned KPIs, ensuring regular customer feedback and adjusting input to operations and SCM.
- Provide technical application design and recommendations for improvement, troubleshoot application and performance issues, and conduct technical training for customers and internally.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline or minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- 5 years of relevant sales experience, including experience converting a major customer's business from a competitor and developing, presenting, gaining approval, and executing on major business cases.
- Sales and customer relationship management and development, presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and emotional intelligence.
- Market and knowledge of diverse industrial markets, experience with business planning and forecasting, and ability to translate applications and opportunities into business cases for evaluation.
- Strong hydraulics product knowledge, minimum of 1 year of R&D, applications engineering, and/or sales engineering experience, and basic industrial rubber products knowledge.
