- 3+ years managing a brand with a significant Wayfair marketplace presence, preferably in the lighting niche
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing product listings on Wayfair
- Expert knowledge of Wayfair partner home, tools, and best practices
- Experience developing and optimizing product detail pages for conversion
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
