Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Horizon Outdoor Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling reservations, and processing payments.
  • Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve resort goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
