Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator

The Veterinary Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients and their pets. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling payment and financial issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information and medical history.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and assistance to clients as needed.
• Schedule appointments and surgeries, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions, including credit card payments and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, but not required.
