Role Summary

I.M.P. is in search of a Visual Design Supervisor. This role is pivotal in steering the company's visual identity and artistic direction, overseeing all graphic design projects while leading a dedicated team of designers. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, creativity, and leadership qualities. The Visual Design Supervisor will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and execution of engaging marketing materials across various platforms, including digital, print, outdoor, and direct mail.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to fulfill advertising requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive archive of digital advertisements and artistic assets.
  • Design and manage content for venue display screens.
  • Coordinate the approval process with multiple advertising and printing partners to ensure timely and precise production of marketing materials.
  • Supervise the localization of promotional materials for concerts.
  • Direct the workflow of the design team to consistently meet project deadlines.
  • Create and design informative and directional signage for venues, aligning with the overall aesthetic.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to design merchandise, signage, and other unique projects.
  • Oversee the I.M.P. Art Internship program.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills with a passion for team leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in graphic design or a related discipline.
  • Experience in music marketing is advantageous.
