Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Meat department associates to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, pricing, and product rotation to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Train and develop associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales and profit goals.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a meat department management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of meat department operations, including inventory management, pricing, and product rotation.
  • Ability to train and develop associates to meet sales and profit goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.
  • Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
