Our Philosophy: We prioritize the use of organic ingredients and seasonal produce sourced from local farmers markets. Our menu is dynamic and frequently updated, and we welcome a candidate who is eager to contribute creatively to our offerings.

Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will possess a minimum of two years of professional baking experience in a high-paced environment, with expertise in bread and/or viennoiserie. As part of a small team, there will be opportunities to engage in various aspects of production, making this a valuable opportunity for those looking to broaden their skill set. Full-time availability is preferred, though part-time arrangements may be considered for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, shaping, and baking of a variety of breads, including baguettes, country sourdough, and rye.
  • Preparation, shaping, and baking of croissants.
  • Production of pastry components such as jams, pastry creams, and crumble toppings.
  • Contributing to menu development.

Job Requirements:

  • Availability for early morning and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to uphold quality standards while working efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid California food handler's certification.
  • Proof of Covid vaccination.
  • Availability for 2 AM shifts on weekends.
