Job Description:


As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service. You will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and inventory levels.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
