Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate and other eLearning authoring tools.
- Create training content incorporating multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop quizzes and interactive elements to ensure understanding and retention.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enhance SMEs' ability to develop and deliver technical training effectively.
- Develop both technical and non-technical (soft skills) workshops and training programs.
- Leverage existing source content and create new materials to address identified training needs.
- Ensure all training materials adhere to adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Collaborate closely with HSE and Quality professionals to address and mitigate historical and current safety and quality issues through targeted training solutions.
- Upload and manage eLearning modules on the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
- Experience working with Articulate and other eLearning authoring tools.
- Proven experience in developing technical and non-technical training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating multimedia content, including video editing and graphic design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related learning technologies - preferred.
- Certification in instructional design or related areas- preferred.
