As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide counseling services to support individuals with physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment through recovery.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess social, emotional, and support needs of patients and their families
Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team
Assist physicians and other health team members in understanding social and emotional factors related to patient health problems
Instruct and counsel patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses
Participate in care coordination activities and act as a resource to other health team members in identifying and resolving patient needs
Identify and assist patients and families in utilizing community resources to achieve measurable objectives

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in the state of practice
Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis
CPR certification required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job

Our program is designed to help individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA regain functional capabilities and achieve independence.

Salary Range

USD $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
