  • Oversee product specifications across various categories, including food, equipment, and supplies.

Core Competencies:

  • Extensive experience in procurement, with a deep understanding of best practices and supply chain integration.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing product specifications.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety Systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with GFSI standards.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A blend of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, and team leadership, particularly in food-related sectors.
  • Ability to devise strategies that leverage purchasing power and ensure product availability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Skilled negotiator with a focus on strategic sourcing rather than mere purchasing.
