Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of West Columbus. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our guests, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each guest.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced staff members to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred, but not required).
  • CPR certification.
