Job Overview
We are looking for a Full-time and Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant who will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This role involves supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized attention to residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Carry out assignments required for residents' ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Attend to residents' needs regarding incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and communication.
- Document care provided and maintain confidentiality.
- Assure established infection control and standard precaution practices are maintained when providing care.
- Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively and interact professionally with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
Requirements
- Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experienced in long-term care preferred.
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
