**Job Summary**

World Insurance Associates is a leading insurance organization offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents.

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Professional to play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver excellence in client management and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time
  • BUILD positive relationships and provide high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication to grow client loyalty
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and procedures
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Work closely with the department manager to obtain renewal business information

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Three years minimum Commercial Account Management experience required
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, required
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and interact with team members
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
