Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned financial professional with a passion for accounting and finance, and a knack for leadership. You should bring at least 7 years of experience in the field, including 3 years in a managerial position, along with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred). Familiarity with QuickBooks Online Advanced, QuickBooks Payroll, Method for HR, and Buildertrend is ideal, though we welcome those who are quick learners.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure that our financial practices meet high standards of quality while aligning financial strategies with company goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Financial Oversight: Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Compliance & Reporting: Overseeing financial reporting, risk management, and adherence to GAAP standards.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve financial excellence.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing QuickBooks, Method for HR, and Buildertrend to streamline operations.

What You Bring

• Strong Leadership & Analytical Skills: Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Construction or Real Estate: A background in these fields is a plus, though not required.
• Detail-Oriented Approach: A commitment to high-quality financial management.
• Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to drive results with minimal supervision.
• Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
