Job Summary

TDIndustries is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and inspecting the assembly, installation, and repair of components, subsystems, and systems for the appropriate trade during the construction, tenant finish-out, or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in job planning for work packages, site set-up, and construction schedules.
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and assigned personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities of assigned Independent Contractors (IC) while communicating and coordinating schedules with other trades.
  • Ensure that IC material is delivered in complete packages and at assigned station.
  • Maintain and track material to reduce work stoppage and ensure productive ICs.
  • Operate and supervise operation of equipment and machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, power tools, and tampers.
  • Ensure all certifications for equipment operation are current.
  • Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Instruct ICs and ensure compliance of testing procedures.
  • Coordinate placement and storage of materials, tools, and supplies to support the construction plan.
  • Eliminate construction and job site hazards as they are recognized to reduce safety incidents and their severity.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years+ in mechanical contracting working as a construction foreman or similar function.
  • Journeyworker License for Colorado required.
  • Residential and apartment (Multifamily) experience with some light commercial preferred.
  • Stable work history.
