Job Summary

The Senior Analyst in Private Equity Analytics is responsible for overseeing client deliverables within our private asset monitoring division, which includes portfolio analytics and tailored client reports. This role is crucial in supporting our clients' success.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leading and mentoring a team of analysts focused on client deliverables.
  • Ensuring the timely and precise delivery of client dashboard analytics and reporting outputs for your team and clients.
  • Acting as project manager for multiple engagements with institutional investor clients.
  • Supervising the production and development of client-specific reporting and dashboard analytics.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to better address their unique needs.
  • Coordinating with clients and private asset managers to gather relevant data.
  • Engaging with various Private Asset strategies, including: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure, and Credit.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field (other majors may also be considered).
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a team with multiple priorities.
  • Power BI proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a growing team to continuously enhance processes and technology.
  • Self-motivated with a quick learning ability, capable of meeting deadlines and pursuing additional leadership roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
  • A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for learning about private assets and financial analytics.
