About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Manager Assistant to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our service center team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm and friendly greeting, build trust, and win repeat, loyal customers.
  • Service Center Operations: Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the service center, including inventory management, labor management, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.
