About the Role

We are looking for a team leader who embodies our core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Creativity, Respect, Dependability, and Customer Focus. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house operations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of special catches and soups.
  • Treat all guests with respect and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Run the floor plan board, observe tables, and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
  • Take guest information, quote wait times, and answer phone calls and questions about the menu and restaurant.
  • Fulfill to-go orders and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Process cash and credit card payments, maintain side-work, and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, well-groomed hair, and personal hygiene are essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive pay band of $18-$20 per hour, tips from fine-dining clientele, and negotiable hourly pay based on experience. We also provide employee discounts and great training to develop culinary food, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
