FOH Supervisor

King's Seafood Company is seeking a skilled FOH Supervisor to join our team. As a FOH Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the management team in achieving our high standards.

• Manage front-of-house operations, including seating, expediting orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support the management team in achieving our high standards, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring prompt service, and exceeding guest expectations.
• Train and develop front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, including supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.

• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
• High school graduate, some college.
• Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food Handler Card.
• Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to guests.
• Ability to focus attention to performance of tasks despite frequent stressful or unusual interruptions.
