We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at Field & Hicks, PLLC in the heart of the Oklahoma Panhandle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing and proofreading legal documents
  • Managing files and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with billing and financial tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
