Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing and proofreading legal documents
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with billing and financial tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
