Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our Stepdown Intermediate Care unit, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
