Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Columbia Saint Mary's Milwaukee. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitoring patient condition and recording and communicating as appropriate.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
