Your Role: In this position, you will engage with a select group of 6-9 children, providing transformative behavioral support. Expect to deliver a minimum of 28 billable hours of care weekly, along with 20% supervision to ensure a manageable workload.

Compensation: Our total compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $93,000, which includes a base salary complemented by an annual bonus of up to $8,000 based on efficiency and quality care metrics.


Leadership & Mentorship:

Take on a pivotal role in supervising Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians. You will implement and oversee treatment protocols while enhancing your leadership skills to support a dedicated team.


Collaborative Environment:

Engage in a dynamic interdisciplinary setting, collaborating daily with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other specialists. You will organize and manage clinical aspects for a diverse caseload, developing treatment protocols and behavior reduction systems.

Enhance your clinical expertise through progress monitoring and adaptive intervention strategies, ensuring effective and responsive care for our clients.
