Key Responsibilities- Refinish damaged body parts and vehicles to factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
- Operate and maintain all body shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Remove rust and contaminants from metal surfaces, and prepare surfaces for new paint application.
- Mix and apply paint to match manufacturer's color specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle repair and preparation.
- 1+ year experience as a painter in a dealership or collision/body shop environment.
- Proven waterborne paint experience.
- Excellent reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and dependability.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
