Job Title: Auto Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:

Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will work closely with our Body Technicians to confirm arrival and accuracy of parts, and follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify parts to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Distribute parts to workstations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with Body Technicians to confirm arrival and accuracy of parts
  • Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand instructions - written and verbal
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
