Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy lean in accordance with our global framework and methodology
  • Support the global spread of lean methods and techniques
  • Identify and prioritize value stream improvement plans
  • Develop capabilities at all levels by planning and imparting lean skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree in engineering or technical field
  • Experience in intense application of lean methods and kaizen activity in construction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in engineering discipline or administration area
  • Professional engineering registration
