Role Overview

We are seeking an Art Supply Specialist to join our team at Blick Art Materials. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of product knowledge, with a focus on art supplies, framing, custom canvas, and printing services. You will also be responsible for maintaining visual standards and implementing store standards as set forth by management.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is positive, eager, and solution-oriented. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.95 - $16.20 per hour, plus sales incentives. Benefits include a 401K & Profit Sharing Plan, Incentive Bonus Plans, Paid Time Off, and Employee Discount.
