Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sunnycrest Manor. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, performing various nursing procedures, and documenting patient information. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a school of nursing approved by the Iowa Board of Nursing
  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Iowa
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
