Freight Supervisor

The Freight Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless freight operations and inventory management. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

• Review and optimize inbound product deliveries and work schedules to ensure delivery coverage and efficient inventory flow.
• Maintain backroom standards by supervising merchandise team members, processing freight accurately, and conducting regular physical inventory counts.
• Embodies the company's values of Hearts, Hands, Minds, and Inspire by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and continuously improving processes.
• Collaborates with store management to align scheduled hours with inbound product flow, ensuring full workload coverage and optimal inventory management.
• Trains team members in freight processing and stocking activities, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer-centric environment, with a strong focus on inventory management and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with team members and customers.
