Food and Beverage:

• Ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling practices, guaranteeing a high level of food quality and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality assurance, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of service.
• Deliver accurate and timely food presentation, meeting the high standards of the Hooters brand.

Atmosphere and Service:

• Maintain a strong Hooters Girl image, embodying the brand's values and aesthetic.
• Be prepared, in uniform, and punctual for every shift, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and excellence.
• Exude charismatic energy, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Provide attentive and visible customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and respected.
• Manage cash handling and sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional speed of service, meeting the high standards of the Hooters brand.
• Participate in store events and promotions, serving as a spokesperson for the brand.
• Ensure order accuracy, guaranteeing every guest receives their order correctly and efficiently.
