Behavioral Care Coordinator

**About the Job:**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Behavioral Care Coordinator - Residential Support to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a behavioral care coordinator, you will work closely with residential staff to provide support and guidance on behavioral strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direction and mentorship to residential staff on behavioral strategies.
- Reinforce clinical plans and skills through mentorship and role-modeling effective strategies and skills.
- Implement creative and corrective procedures to promote growth and development of residents.
- Aid in training direct care staff on implementation of student plans.
- Be a certified trainer for residential staff.
**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this position is from $21.00 to $23.98 per hour based on education and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including quality low-cost benefits, paid orientation, over 5 weeks of paid time off your first year, access to the Savi Student Loan Checkup tool, and more.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of progressively responsible positions in a residential setting that programs for the same populations (age, diagnosis, etc.).
