We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our clinical team at Pacific Post-Acute. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests by preparing and serving nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion food according to planned menus and production sheets
  • Handle food using proper food handling and safety techniques
  • Ensure food is served in an attractive and appetizing manner
  • Assist with tray line setup and assembly
  • Record food temperatures according to established policy
Requirements
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training
  • Ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of special diets
