This role serves as an exciting entry point within our branch network, ideal for individuals eager to work collaboratively in a team setting while interacting with AAA members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting members with requests such as taking passport photos
  • Planning road trips and providing maps and travel guides
  • Managing cashier responsibilities
  • Delivering various services to members

Our branch operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, banking, or a related customer service/sales environment

• Proven track record of exceeding sales or service quality targets

• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to travel locally as needed

• High school diploma or GED

• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
